  • Welcome to Cape Town

    Arrival and Transfer: Welcome to Cape Town, affectionately known as the “Mother City” for its rich history and diverse culture. You’ll be transferred to your hotel, where you can relax and take in the vibrant energy of this iconic city nestled between mountains and the ocean.  

    Evening at Leisure: Enjoy a leisurely evening to settle in and explore at your own pace.  

    Group Welcome Dinner: Join your fellow travelers for a delightful dinner, introducing you to the flavors and warm hospitality of South Africa (partially included).

  • Exploring Cape Town

    City Tour: Discover Cape Town’s most iconic sights on a guided tour. Visit the colorful Bo-Kaap district, famous for its bright, rainbow-colored houses and rich Malay culture. Explore historic landmarks and the heart of this bustling city.

    Fine dining lunch (included): Savor a delicious lunch with local flavors.  

    Visit to Truth Coffee Roastery: Enjoy some of the world’s best coffee at this steampunk-inspired café, regularly ranked among the top coffee spots globally.  

    Drive Along Chapman’s Peak in a Cobra: Buckle up for a thrilling drive along the famous Chapman’s Peak Drive in a classic Cobra sports car. Known from iconic films, this journey offers incredible coastal views  with the wind in your hair.  

    Sunset at Signal Hill: Cap off your day by watching the sunset over Cape Town with drinks in hand (included).  

    Optional Dinner: Choose to dine at a nearby restaurant to further explore the local cuisine (not included).

    Travel Time: Short drives within the city (15-30 minutes per destination).

     

  • Cape of Good Hope Adventure

    Cape of Good Hope Excursion: Journey to the Cape of Good Hope, one of the most southwestern points of Africa, where rugged cliffs meet the ocean. Known as a symbol of discovery, it is also part of the Cape Peninsula, rich in flora and fauna.  

    Hiking and Wishes: Embark on a light 20-minute hike to the viewpoint at the Cape, where you can make a wish at the symbolic meeting point of the Atlantic and Indian Oceans.  

    Visit Penguin Beach: Visit Boulders Beach, home to the famous African penguins, where you can walk among them and even take a dip if you wish.  

    Picnic Lunch: Enjoy a scenic picnic surrounded by the beauty of the Cape Peninsula.  

    Seafood Lunch (included): Relish a fresh seafood feast at a renowned local restaurant.  

    Return to Hotel: After lunch, head back to your hotel in Cape Town for a relaxing evening.  

    Evening at Leisure: Enjoy the rest of the evening exploring the city or unwinding at your own pace.

     

    Overnight in Cape Town

    Travel Time: Approx. 2,5 hours round trip to the Cape of Good Hope and back to Cape Town.

  • Hike, Wine Lands and African dinner

    Morning Hike on Table Mountain (optional): Start your day with an optional hike up Table Mountain, offering breathtaking views of the city and coastline.  

     – Wine Tour in Stellenbosch: Take a scenic drive to South Africa’s renowned wine region for an exclusive wine tasting.

    Group Dinner: In the evening, enjoy a traditional African dinner with live dance and music performances, offering a taste of local culture (included).

    Travel Time: Approx. 2 hours

  • Cape Town to Hermanus

    Transfer to Hermanus: Travel along the scenic coastal route to Hermanus, stopping at a cheetah sanctuary along the way. The sanctuary is dedicated to helping rehabilitate and protect these endangered cats, and your visit contributes to their conservation efforts.  

    Wine Tasting Lunch: Enjoy a luxurious lunch with wine tasting at a renowned winery, offering spectacular views of the surrounding vineyards. The estate also features an art gallery where you can explore local artwork while enjoying the ambiance.  

    Evening at Leisure: Arrive in Hermanus, check into your hotel, and enjoy free time to relax or explore this charming seaside town.

     

    Overnight in Hermanus

    Travel Time: Approx. 2 hours from Cape Town to Hermanus (with stops along the way).

  • Whale Watching, Shark diving and transfer to Plettenberg Bay

    Whale Watching: Even though it’s not whale season and sightings are rare at this time of year, we have something special on our side—a real magician is with us! So why not test our luck and see if we can create some magic and spot these incredible giants of the ocean?  

    Optional Shark Cage Diving: For those seeking a thrill, you can also opt for an unforgettable shark cage diving experience with great white sharks.  

    Lunch (not included): Enjoy a leisurely lunch in Hermanus at a café of your choice.  

    Transfer to Plettenberg Bay: After lunch, we’ll make our way to Plettenberg Bay on a scenic drive (~5,5 hours). Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax after a full day.  

    Evening at Leisure: Take some time to unwind or explore Plettenberg’s charming streets.

     

    Overnight in Plettenberg Bay

    Travel Time: Approx. 6 hours from Hermanus to Plettenberg Bay with a stop in Gansbaai

  • Adventure in Tsitsikamma and Elephant wal

    Tsitsikamma National Park: Explore the lush, natural beauty of Tsitsikamma, known for its forests, rivers, and dramatic coastline.  

    Optional Bungee Jumping: For adrenaline junkies, experience the world’s highest bungee jump from Bloukrans Bridge.  

    Knysna Elephant Park: Walk alongside elephants at Knysna Elephant Park and learn about their behaviors and conservation.

    Overnight in Plettenberg Bay

    Travel Time: Approx. 45 minutes from Knysna to Plettenberg Bay.

    • Transfer to Shamwari Safari Park: Head to Safari Park for check-in, lunch, and relaxation after a day of adventure.
    • Evening Safari: Embark on an exciting evening game drive to explore the wildlife in the park.

    Travel Time: Approx. 3,5 hours from Plettenberg Bay to Shamvari.

    Morning Safari: Set out early for a game drive, spotting Africa’s Big Five in their natural habitat.  

    Relaxation and Lunch: Spend the afternoon unwinding at the lodge and enjoying a tasty lunch.  

    Evening Safari: Continue your wildlife exploration with an evening safari.  

    Bush Gala Dinner: Dine under the stars with a special bush-style gala dinner to celebrate your safari experience.

     

    Overnight in Shamvari

  • Farewell

    Farewell Breakfast: Enjoy your final breakfast at the lodge before packing up and bidding farewell to your South African adventure.  

    Group Transfer to Airport: Return to the airport, or extend your journey with a trip to Victoria Falls or Namibia.

    Travel Time: Approx. 1,5 hours from lodge to Port Elizabeth International Airport.
