TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PREPAYMENT – PRIVATE TAILORED TOUR TO AFRICA
Clavis Clavis LLC
1. PARTIES
This agreement is between Clavis Clavis LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and the client Lizangelica Velez (“the Client”) engaging the Company’s services for tailoring a private tour for a family of 4 to Africa between July 2025 and September 2025.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Upon receipt of the prepayment:
• Clavis Clavis LLC will design a detailed tour roadmap tailored to the Client’s preferences and requirements, including suggested itineraries, accommodations, transfers, entrance tickets, and related services.
• If the Client proceeds to book and travel with Clavis Clavis LLC, the Company will handle all arrangements outlined in the roadmap on the Client’s behalf, including:
• Hotel reservations
• Transfers and transportation
• Entrance tickets
• Any other agreed services necessary for the tour execution
3. PREPAYMENT TERMS
• A non-refundable prepayment is required to initiate the tailoring and design process for the private tour.
• The prepayment amount will be credited towards the final total cost of the tour if the Client confirms their booking and travels with Clavis Clavis LLC.
• If the Client decides not to travel with Clavis Clavis LLC, the prepayment will be retained by the Company as compensation for providing the customized tour roadmap.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE CLAUSE
The prepayment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
• The Client choosing not to proceed with Clavis Clavis LLC for the tour.
• Any cancellations or changes initiated by the Client.
5. CONFIRMATION OF TOUR BOOKING
• The Client must confirm their intent to book the tour with Clavis Clavis LLC no later than February 1, 2025 to allow adequate time for reservations and arrangements.
• The final price of the tour will be determined based on the services and inclusions agreed upon in the roadmap.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
• The Client must provide all necessary information and preferences to design the roadmap, including travel dates, interests, and any specific requirements.
• The Client acknowledges that the prepayment is for the design and creation of the roadmap and that this service is completed upon its delivery.
7. LIABILITY
• Clavis Clavis LLC will act as an intermediary between the Client and third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, transfer companies). The Company will make every reasonable effort to ensure the quality of services.
• The Company is not responsible for any delays, disruptions, or issues caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
8. PAYMENT DETAILS
• The prepayment will be made via a secure payment link provided by Clavis Clavis LLC.
• The amount payable is agreed upon between the Client and Clavis Clavis LLC.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By making the prepayment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
